I am an award-winning, multi-discipline designer with a verifiable history of working with global finance and technology teams. I have a curious mind and voracious passion for design thinking and user experience.
I lead the strategy and vision of an all-encompassing range of projects. I hold significant industry experience and thorough technical knowledge. As an agile advocate, I am an effective, fastidious and ambitious design leader with an insatiable desire to collaborate and innovate.

The core purpose of design is to make things work better. I strongly believe that design should prioritize the needs of the end-users. The form and aesthetics of a design should naturally emerge from its intended function.
I embrace the idea that simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication, and therefore where I can, I cut out complexity and focus on what truly matters.
I strive to create designs that resonate with people on an emotional level, that are meaningful, positive and memorable.
My process
I follow a human-centred design thinking approach as well as the Lean UX mindset which embraces lean and agile methodologies, to ensure my design decisions are iterative, and are supported by research and feedback.

Hobbies & Interests
I am an active person who enjoys spending time outdoors, with family, surfing and competing in triathlons. I have been fortunate to have traveled extensively to many parts of Europe and North America and Canada. I have lived and worked in England, Australia and South Africa.
